A Conversation with Forethought's Sami Ghoche: How AI is Supercharging Customer Service

Organized by the newly formed HCSF AI SIG, this event will provide a taste of how AI — and in particular NLP — are disrupting the customer service function in small and large businesses. We will also discuss the emerging trends that stand to shape the future of the relationship between AI and business.


Our guest for this event is Forethought’s CTO and co-founder Sami Ghoche. Forethought (founded in 2017 and winner of TechCrunch Disrupt 2018) is on a mission to unlock the Genius in every business. Forethought powers AI products for customer service for some of the world’s best companies such as Instacart, Pure Storage, Qualtrics, Gusto, Carta, MasterClass, Thumbtack, and many more.

Speaker Bio:
Sami Ghoche is the CTO and co-founder of Forethought. Previously, Sami worked on the Feed AI team at LinkedIn. Sami graduated Summa Cum Laude from Harvard with joint AB/SM degrees in computer science in 2016. In 2019, Sami was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 for Enterprise Technology.
