2022 Nonprofit Board Summit: "Change, Innovation & Impact"
The 2022 Nonprofit Board Summit, “Change, Innovation & Impact - Rethinking Board Service” is scheduled for Tuesday, April 26th through Thursday, April 28th. Sessions begin daily at 12:00 Noon ET/9:00 AM PT.
The virtual Summit is presented by the Harvard Business School Alumni Associations/Clubs of Boston, New York, and Northern California in partnership with the Harvard Business School.
At the Summit, we will explore how social enterprise business models are rapidly changing, and the implications for nonprofit boards and board members. We address questions as to who gets a seat at the table, how to balance various organizational priorities, and who determines the needs and the best path forward for the communities being served.
Day 1: How Innovation Can Produce More Sustained and Equitable Impacts
Day 2: Coast to Coast - Nonprofit Leaders Who are Making it Happen
Day 3: Meeting at the Intersection of Social Change and Community
The Summit seeks to build upon the 2021 themes of rethinking governance, adapting to a changing landscape, equity and inclusion in action, and partnering for systemic change.
