Dan SpringerIf you’ve ever signed something electronically, there’s a good chance you’ve used DocuSign. The hyper-growth startup is based here in San Francisco and is ranked as one of the Bay Area’s best technologies companies to work for (by Glassdoor). With over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the Software-as- a- Service (SaaS) industry, Dan joined DocuSign as CEO in January 2017, and there leads more than 2,000 employees worldwide in their collective mission to help make every agreement digital.

He also led the company’s public listing, and its subsequent sale to Oracle for $1.6 billion in 2013. During his tenure, Springer was honored as a Bay Area Most Admired CEO and Best CEO.

Before Responsys, Dan was the MD of Modem Media, and also served as CEO at Telleo, Inc., the CMO at NextCard, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He started his career at DRI/McGraw-Hill and Pacific Telesis. Dan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Mathematics and Economics from Occidental College.
