Susan Hailey  

Susan Hailey is one of the leading Talent Acquisition and HR leaders in the United States. She is an accomplished executive known for leading turnarounds of complex organizations in the corporate and non-profit sectors. She was most recently the Vice President of Global Talent for OpenText, Corporation ($3.2B and 15,000 employees). She is currently serving as the Chair of the Harvard Business School Association of Northern California. Susan is an honors graduate of the University of California at Berkeley where she majored in Economics and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. 


Vince Lane, HBSANC Board Member and Chair of Entrepreneurship

Vince is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with 20+ years of cross border experience in founding and investing in multiple companies, strategic planning, venture capital, technology, digital entertainment and investment management. He is the Managing Partner of Mav3rick Ventures and advisor to multiple funds, family offices and boards.  Vince is involved with Web3 & Blockchain and serves as the Chair of Entrepreneurship, VP of StartUp Partners, and is on the Board of Directors for Harvard Business School Alumni Association Northern California.


Eli Busen, HBSANC President
Eli Busen  

Eli is currently the Strategy Lead for Google Assistant.  He has held a variety of strategy, operations, and engineering roles at multiple companies, including Boeing, the Boston Consulting Group, and Amazon. Eli serves as the President of HBSANC.  Prior to becoming President, Eli was VP of Programming for three years. He has a BSE in Aerospace Engineering and an ME in Space Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

 
Maya Krish, HBSANC Executive Director and NVC Co-Chair
Maya Krish  

Maya Krish is the Executive Director of HBSANC.  She previously served as the Director of Programs and Entrepreneurship.  Maya has chaired the New Venture Competition for four years, creating mentoring, networking, and career fulfilling opportunities for budding entrepreneurs across Northern California.  Prior to HBSANC, Maya ran her own ventures in both the wellness and financial sectors and served as a healthcare executive and consultant for over 10 years. She has a MS in Healthcare Management from Harvard and bachelors degrees in Moleculary Biology and Economics from the University of CA Berkeley.
