Urban Hike in SF's with MIT 2nd Biggest Park: McLaren Park
Join us on an urban hike through San Francisco's second biggest park and best kept secret: McLaren Park!
With views of downtown, SF Bay, and the entire south side of the city, this park hosts numerous events throughout the year like SFMOMA's Soapbox Derby and Jerry Day, and this is your chance to get to know its many hills and secrets.
This will be a 3-4 mile hike. We will visit highlights such as the Blue Water Tower, Lover's Rock, McLaren Upper Reservoir, and Jerry Garcia Amphitheater. The specific route, meeting location, and hike end time will be finalized by the end of September; we will make sure this page is updated.
