Assaf Rappaport | CEO and Co-Founder, Wiz

Assaf Rappaport is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Wiz. Since launching the company in 2020, Assaf has led Wiz to become the fastest-growing cybersecurity and software company in the world.

Previously, Assaf was CEO and Co-Founder and of Adallom, a leading cloud access security broker (CASB) acquired by Microsoft in 2015.  He led Microsoft’s Cloud Security group and served as the General Manager of the company’s Israel’s R&D Center.

In his earlier days, Assaf managed several strategy-focused projects in Israel and Australia, while working for McKinsey & Company.

Assaf is a veteran Captain of the elite 8200 intelligence unit of the Israeli Defense Force. He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics from the Hebrew University. He has been recognized by both Cisco and Intel for content delivery network innovations. 


Ami Luttwak | CTO and Co-Founder, Wiz

Ami Luttwak is Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Wiz, the world’s fastest-growing cloud security company that counts 50% of the Fortune 100 as customers. In March 2025, Google announced its intent to acquire Wiz for $32 billion, pending regulatory approval. The two companies remain separate in the interim.

In his role, Ami leads the strategic vision for Wiz, including oversight of all security research and numerous milestone discoveries in AI and cloud technologies.

Previously, Ami was the CTO and Co-Founder of Adallom, a leading Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) that was acquired by Microsoft in 2015. He then served as CTO of Microsoft’s Cloud Security Group, where he led product innovation for the company’s Israel R&D group, overseeing acquisitions and incubation projects for leading products such as Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Advanced Threat Protection.

Ami holds an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University.
