Clear Path, Calm Mind: aligning your priorities for 2026
Want to start you year grounded and intentional? Clarify your priorities and learn how to make steady choices in 2026 amid this time of uncertainty and rapid change.
The New Year is often a time of renewal and recommitment to what matters most to us. This year, go beyond short-lived resolutions and reconnect to your essential nature and key priorities for the year. In this action-packed workshop you’ll start by considering your recent past across a number of dimensions looking both at how you spent your time and what matters most as you begin this new year. You’ll then go a step further and rediscover your core values and how to use those values as a guide in decisions large and small. This includes defining both your values and the intentions that help your values show-up each day in your life. We’ll close by connecting your key priorities for the year with your intentions, forming the foundation of robust goals to meet the extraordinary uncertainty of 2026.
This session will be led by Sean Convery. Sean is a veteran Silicon Valley technology leader who left the corporate world at the height of his impact to pursue work with greater personal meaning. Today he advises professionals in pivotal transitions helping them rediscover their core values, navigate existential questions around life and work, and live with greater wellbeing. Drawing on three decades of leadership combined with Life Balance training gives Sean both the practical understanding to keep his clients grounded in the here and now while helping them open to their own inner wisdom as they explore new possibilities for their lives moving forward.
