Philip Lorenzo, Senior Director of Product from DroneDeploy. Mr. Lorenzo is a serial construction tech entrepreneur and product leader with deep experience scaling AI-driven solutions across the built environment, including roles at companies like DroneDeploy. A pioneer in reality capture and construction innovation, he has spent over a decade shaping how data, robotics, and AI transform field operations into intelligent, revenue-generating systems.

Maarten Deschaumes, Founder and Managing Partner of Lands End Capital. Mr. Deschaumes is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur focusing on large-scale development, capital markets, and long-term value creation across the built environment. A Harvard-educated leader, he brings deep expertise in structuring complex real estate deals and shaping the future of urban infrastructure through strategic investment and innovation.

Eric Luttmann, Product and Innovation Leader at Wildey Labs. Mr. Luttmann is a builder at the intersection of software, architecture, and the built environment, known for leading multidisciplinary teams in developing technology-driven solutions for real-world challenges. He has spearheaded collaborative initiatives such as large-scale hackathons that bring together engineers and designers to accelerate innovation across the construction and infrastructure ecosystem.

Margaret Abe-Koga, Santa Clara County Supervisor, District 5. Ms. Abe-Koga is a seasoned public servant and former two-term Mayor of Mountain View, with decades of leadership across housing, transportation, sustainability, and regional infrastructure in Silicon Valley. A Harvard University graduate, she has dedicated her career to advancing equitable policy and community-driven innovation across one of the world’s most dynamic regions.
