Navigating a Tough Job Market
How to survive, and thrive, when the marketplace for jobs is changing all around you. Explore the paths and pivots that make for success.
This session is an honest look at navigating a career transition in a tough market. We'll talk about who you are when your title disappears, how to introduce yourself when you're pivoting, what actually works in today's search across applications, headhunters, networking, and AI, how to budget your time and emotional bandwidth, how to identify the kind of help you actually need, and what to do when the search has already gone on longer than you hoped. No slogans, no LinkedIn clichés, just the real conversation.
This session will be led by Elena Rodighiero, who has had a career leading boards, C-suite executives, and their teams.
She has over 15 years of experience across industries and two continents, she held operating roles at Siemens, Alstom (later part of General Electric), Microsoft, and the leadership advisory firm Egon Zehnder, an executive search firm.
She majored in Quantum Physics as part of her Master’s in Nuclear Engineering, has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is certified in Executive Coaching through Georgetown University’s Institute of Transformational Leadership.
