IMPORTANT NOTICE
Dear Member or Guest of the Harvard Club of San Francisco,
As of February 2010, we have switched to a new event registration system that is managed through Harvard and the Harvard Alumni Association (HAA).
We have been hearing reports of ongoing problems with this system.
If you have any difficulty at all with registering for any HCSF event, please send us an email to let us know what happened so that we can fix it. And please follow the instructions below to work around any problem you may have encountered.

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS for HARVARD ALUMNS
1. I don’t know my Harvard login ID.
Your "login ID" is the username you created for your post.harvard.edu email account. For example if you are jharvard@post.harvard.edu, then your login ID is "jharvard".
2. I have a post.harvard email, but I don’t know or remember my password.
If you are able to receive email at a post.harvard.edu account, then you already have a login ID. If you don’t remember your password, click here to have a new one emailed to you.
3. I don’t have a post.harvard email. What is post.harvard?
Post.harvard is a system Harvard set up some years ago to allow alums to have a lifetime email account at Harvard. When your email account is created, email sent to it will be forwarded to your usual email account. In addition you can access alumni directory services and other features.
To become a member of the Harvard Club of San Francisco online, or to register for events, it is necessary to have a post.harvard account first. To create a new post.harvard account, click here and follow the instructions.
PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS for GUESTS
4. I’m not a Harvard graduate. What do I do?
Non-alumni guests can come to Harvard Club events but will need a guest account. Guests accounts can be created by anyone and can be used to register for any program that is open to non-members. To sign in as a guest, you first need to create a guest login. You only need to do this once! To create a guest account, or to sign into an existing guest account, click on the link "non-alumni guest" at the bottom of the sign in page here.

If you are unable to log in or register, please send us an email or call us at (415) 621-3900 and we will help you complete the process during this interim transition period.
