Mid-Market Breakfast Series
Mid-Market breakfast has been postponed.
Please join us for our next HBSA/NC & HCSF Mid-Market Breakfast Series which will be held on September 19th, 2013 at 8:00 AM. Harvard and non-Harvard graduates are most welcome. The event is designed to serve the needs of founder led companies, family owned businesses, mid-market companies and their respective advisers (bankers, lawyers, etc.) and investors. We will discuss several key items that founders need to consider when evaluating their growth and exit options.
Our September meeting will be moderated by Rick Juarez and will feature a four person panel of business founders discussing their near death experiences encountered on the way to building mid market companies. Our panelists will include two Harvard MBAs and Crimson Growth Partners who will share their experiences transitioning from CxO roles in large global companies to founders of companies they grew to mid-market enterprises. They will be joined by two other founders who grew their companies into mid-market firms. A third Crimson Growth Partners founder, Juan Ramon Zarco, who has served as CLO, COO, and CEO in global telecom and utility enterprises, will be available to answer questions regarding international legal and regulatory issues in taking mid-market enterprises into foreign markets.
