New to the area? Have kids who want to go trick-or-treating and you'd rather have other families with you? Come trick-or-treat Harvard style, put on either a scary costume or a Harvard-themed one, or whatever you want (I'll wear my Harvard gown) and let's all go together to Fair Oaks street--one of the liveliest in the city. Fair Oaks is blocked to cars so kids are safe (and adults too).
