922Learn to Plan Events Workshop:  Make the Harvard Community Proud!

Have an event idea or want to pitch in on planning an event?  Looking for an opportunity to meaningfully share something that is important to you with the local Harvard community?  Then this workshop is for you!

Activities are the lifeblood of the Harvard Club, and nearly 90% of our activities are planned by the community.  Our continued existence relies on volunteers like you sharing your hobbies, interests and favorite places with fellow alumni.

Come meet fellow alumni interested in planning events and join the Harvard Club VPs of Activities for drinks and light snacks as we host a workshop for Harvard Club members who want to take an active role in planning or helping to organize events. Through the workshop, you will be empowered to make your idea a reality. By the end of this session, you will have all the tools you need to finalize event details, submit your event to our listing, and plan the event for successful execution.
