This event will serve as a planning meeting for volunteers who want to help out with Oakland Veg Week, sponsored by the Factory Farming Awareness Coalition. This 2-hour planning meeting will be an opportunity to learn more about FFAC, sign up for volunteer opportunities during Oakland Veg Week, meet other Harvard alumni volunteers, and enjoy light appetizers and drinks. Opportunities for volunteering during Veg Week include marketing, fundraising, volunteer management, or simply showing up on the culminating day (Saturday, April 25th, Oakland Veg Fest) to help with simple tasks like setup/registration/etc.
