Harvard & Yale Night at the Opera: Let's Get Bizet! Carmen at the San Francisco Opera!

War Memorial Opera House
Grove Street, between Van Ness and Franklin in San Francisco, CA

May 28, 2016
6:00pm (reception) 7:30pm (curtain) 10:00pm (ends)

The Harvard and Yale Club continue our series of evenings enjoying classical music together. In May, we will visit the War Memorial Opera House to hear Bizet's Carmen with the San Francisco Opera. If you grew up watching Warner Brothers cartoons, you already know all the music. The world famous overture was the theme from Walter Matthau's the Bad News Bears! There will be a brief reception one hour before curtain. The reception will have a cash bar and will take place on the Dress Circle level along the north promenade of the Opera House.
