Peninsula Wildflower Hike in Edgewood Park

Get a jump on Earth Day by enjoying nature with Harvard friends in a beautiful San Mateo County park

Come join Harvard Club members and friends for a hike through Edgewood Park, west of Redwood City. The park features scenic views, diverse woodlands and serpentine grasslands that are are famous for their magnificent displays of wildflowers each spring. It's a great wide trail, making it easy to make new friends and socialize.

The hike is four miles with a gradual 800 feet of elevation. Great views but not a lot of shade, so make sure to wear a hat and bring sunblock. Sorry, no pets allowed on this trail. There is a parking lot and restrooms at the trailhead with additional parking nearby.
