Jason L. Ma, acclaimed author of "Young Leaders 3.0: Stories, Insights, and Tips for Next Generation Achievers" and Founder, CEO and Chief Mentor of ThreeEQ.
Jason will share stories and tips on how you can help prepare your children (early on) in achieving important life-stage goals, enhancing employable mindsets and skillsets, and living fulfilling lives. He’ll advise on what it takes to succeed—and be happy—as a middle/high schooler, a college student, and an early careerist.
Currently, Jason serves as Founder, CEO and Chief Mentor of ThreeEQ, an advisory firm to high net worth families and family offices. He has a distinctive track record of helping students get admitted to Ivy League schools (Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton, and Yale), Stanford, MIT, Caltech, UC Berkeley, Williams, Oxford, and all other elite institutions.
Jason is a former tech executive who has chosen to dedicate his second career to prepare young leaders to gain admission to elite universities and for a strong start to their careers. AJ earned his HBS MBA in 1998 and has dedicated his career to B2B sales and marketing as a management consultant and now a technology executive. He currently serves as VP Sales Strategy & Operations at RingCentral. AJ also serves on the board of multiple non-profit organizations including the Spark Program, which he found through HBS Community Partners.
