AI-in-Action Series - Workshop 4: The 0.001% Advantage: Building Your Personal Expert Bench for Decisions that Matter
You make consequential decisions daily — both professional and personal!
Should you accept that offer? How do you frame critical feedback to your team? Is this treatment approach evidence-based or marketing? What’s the right tone for that delicate communication with a teacher?
Most people navigate these moments with fragmented advice and guesswork. The top 0.001% have built AI systems that function as domain experts across the decisions that matter — delivering strategic counsel, evidence-based guidance, and communication calibrated to your voice.
This workshop shows you how!
What Dikla Built (And Why It Matters)
Dikla has built AI/ML products for over a decade — from Amazon's patented learning systems to consumer healthtech platforms.
When generative AI introduced new capabilities, she recognized a clear pattern: powerful models, sophisticated training — but no interface layer for sustained, personalized work.
- AI that forgets who you are.
- Models trained to please, not challenge.
- Outputs that sound generic, not authentic.
- Systems built for one-off tasks, not sustained expertise.
So she built a framework that turns powerful models into domain-specific experts — AI that knows your context, calibrates to your voice, and delivers outputs you can actually use.
This isn't "better prompting." It's a fundamentally different paradigm.
The Master AI Expert System — a modular framework for creating role-specific AI experts, each with:
- Deep contextual knowledge: Not surface-level preferences, but structured understanding of your goals, standards, communication style, decision patterns, key relationships, strengths, and blind spots.
- Governance frameworks: Rule and tone calibration systems that keep AI aligned to your standards
- Self-audit protocols: AI checks its own work before presenting outputs — including how it will land with the recipient and if it’s authentic to your voice.
- Persistent memory architecture: Context that compounds across conversations, so you don’t start from scratch.
- Evidence-ranking logic: Research outputs grounded in validated data, not marketing noise
In one hour, we can't teach you to build the entire system. But we'll walk through the Master architecture, demo an expert domain from raw situation to polished output, and send you home with frameworks you can deploy immediately.
What You'll Walk Away With
- The Master AI Expert Framework — A repeatable framework for building domain-specific AI experts including how to teach AI your context
- A different mental model — AI as trusted experts who do real work and tailor outputs to you.
- Blueprint for one AI Expert — A real example showing contextual knowledge structure, governance rules, and self-audit protocols
- Sample prompt & template — A real example showing how to engage the system, from context setup to output.
- AI Personality Cheat Sheet — How different models behave and what that means for your work
The gap between you and the 0.001% isn't talent. It's architecture.

Dikla Treves (MBA ‘05) | Founder & Product Leader | Board Member & Advisor
Dikla Treves is a product and business leader who applies AI to solve complex, high-friction human problems. Her work pairs deep customer insight with technical rigor — focusing on the interface layer between raw AI capability and real-world needs, where the question isn’t “What can AI do?” but “What’s worth building?”
She has spent 20+ years building products across healthtech, edtech, ecommerce, and subscription businesses. At Amazon, she built an ML-powered language-learning platform, earning patents for its adaptive learning algorithms and interface design. At Harry's, she led the DTC platform through a major scale phase, then co-launched Harry's Labs, the company’s venture studio, where she built a women’s telehealth business focused on menopause care. Earlier, she ran a $120M B2B subscription marketplace, leading a turnaround through retention strategy, SaaS economics, and customer lifecycle optimization. She co-founded and led Planet 9, a behavioral health venture studio developing AI-enabled diagnostic and skill-building tools for children.
Her recent work addresses a structural limitation she experienced firsthand: today’s AI models are powerful, yet not designed for sustained, high-consequence situations requiring continuous context, expanded persistent memory, and user-controlled governance. In response, she built a modular agent system for turning AI into a team of AI experts designed to operate like your most valuable asset —they know your history, get smarter over time, and deliver outputs tailored to your needs and authentic voice.
